Welcome to VHApps (Virtual Heaven Apps). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website vhapps.com (“Website”) and the applications provided by Virtual Heaven Apps (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including but not limited to LangStory, Egzamin SRC, and other associated mobile and web applications (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Services.

1. About Us

VHApps is a software development entity based in Poland.

2. Use of AI Services (LangStory)

Our application LangStory utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate learning materials and stories. By using this service, you acknowledge that:

  1. Accuracy: AI-generated content may occasionally be factually incorrect, grammatically imperfect, or culturally insensitive. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of language translations or explanations.
  2. Usage: The content is for educational purposes only.

3. Educational Disclaimers

  • Egzamin SRC: This application is a study aid for the SRC radio operator exam. While we strive for accuracy based on current regulations, we are not the official examining body. Passing the in-app tests does not guarantee passing the official state exam.

4. Accounts and Subscriptions

If our Services require you to create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4.1. Payments & Refunds (EU Consumers)

If you purchase a digital subscription or virtual item:

  • You agree to the pricing terms displayed at the time of purchase.
  • Right of Withdrawal: As a user in the European Union, you generally have a right to withdraw within 14 days. However, by starting to download or stream digital content, you may lose this right once the performance has begun, provided you have given your express consent.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of VHApps and its licensors.

  • The “VHApps” name and logo are trademarks of VHApps.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our code or branding without express permission.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of our applications.
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our Services without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (specifically Polish Civil Code), Virtual Heaven Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  1. Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  3. Any content obtained from the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Poland.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
