2. Scope
These Terms cover the vhapps.com website and the applications we make available to the public, including Egzamin SRC. Some apps may have their own additional terms shown inside the app or on their store listing. Where those differ, the app specific terms apply to that app.
3. Educational disclaimer
Egzamin SRC (“Egzamin SRC - przygotowanie”) helps you prepare for the SRC radio operator exam. It is a study aid. We are not the official examining body, and passing the practice tests in the app does not guarantee that you will pass the official state exam. We work to keep the questions accurate and current, but we cannot promise they are free of error.
4. AI generated content
Some of our services and future applications use artificial intelligence to generate or process content. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete, so please review it before you rely on it. AI features are provided for information and convenience, and they do not replace professional advice.
5. Intellectual property
The Services and their content, excluding content you provide, belong to VHApps and its licensors. The VHApps name and wordmark are our trademarks. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works from our code or branding without our written permission.

- attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble our applications,
- use automated systems to access the Services in a way that harms them or other users.
7. Payments
If a Service offers a paid feature, its price and conditions are shown at the time of purchase. As a consumer in the European Union you generally have a 14 day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. If you ask us to begin delivering digital content immediately and confirm that you understand you lose that right once delivery begins, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including the Polish Civil Code, VHApps is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of profit, data or goodwill, that result from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of Poland. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be handled by the competent Polish courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When a change is significant, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, add a notice on the website.
