Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how VHApps handles your information when you use the vhapps.com website and the applications we publish, including Egzamin SRC. We keep the data we collect to a minimum and we do not sell it.

1. Data controller

2. What we collect

Website

  • Server logs: our hosting generates standard access logs that briefly record data such as the requesting IP address, the requested page and the time of the request. We use these logs to keep the site secure and running. We do not use them to build profiles about you.
  • Analytics: we use Plausible Analytics, a privacy friendly tool that does not use cookies, does not store personal data and does not track you across websites.
  • Email: if you write to us, we keep your message and your address so that we can reply.

Egzamin SRC

Egzamin SRC stores your progress, your results and your settings only on your device. This information is not sent to our servers, and we cannot see it.

Future applications

Some applications we release later may process additional data to provide their features. When that happens, we will update this policy and describe what changes.

3. Legal basis for processing

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we process personal data only when we have a legal basis:

  • Legitimate interests, such as keeping the Services secure and understanding aggregate traffic.
  • Performance of a contract, when you use a feature that requires it.
  • Consent, where the law requires it, which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Who we share data with

We share data only with the providers that help us run the Services, and only as far as needed:

  • Hosting provider, which stores the website and its logs within the European Union where possible.
  • Plausible Analytics, for cookieless, aggregated website statistics.
  • App stores, such as Google Play, which handle app distribution and any payments, and share limited aggregate data with us.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

5. Your rights

As a person in the European Economic Area, you have rights over your personal data:

If you believe we handle your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority:
